Strength & Conditioning Coach

Shore is seeking to appoint casual Strength & Conditioning coaches for our Senior School campus at North Sydney to join our Athletic Development programme at Shore & help improve our boys health, well-being, and athletic performance.

Hours for this role are Monday-Friday 6:15am-8am & 3:00pm-5:00pm, you will be rostered on a casual basis with hours varying.

Successful candidates will have:

* Undergraduate degree in a relevant field OR undertaking an undergraduate degree.
* Experience working as a Strength & Conditioning coach is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills as you'll be responsible for the success of our students.
* A flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
* An outgoing, bright disposition and positive attitude.
* Experience supervising groups of children or young people.
* Valid Working with Children Check
* Possess and maintain current First Aid & CPR certifications.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Carry out Strength & Conditioning coaching for boys of all sports involved in the Schools Games Program
* Gym/Facility supervision and exercise correction
* Strength & Conditioning programming and exercise prescription for both individuals and sporting teams/squads
* Assist in the day to day running and logistics of the RAI Grant Centre
