- Assessing and monitoring stroke patients
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for stroke survivors
- Contributing to research and advancements in Stroke Care.
To be considered for this rewarding position, you must have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Experience in acute care or Stroke Care (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine desire to contribute to the well-being of stroke survivors.
