Armidale Hospital is looking for exceptional Registered Nurse to join a small team of clinicians, who play a crucial role in improving the lives of patients (and their families) following a stroke.The team at Armidale Hospital works at the forefront of Stroke Care excellence, committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to stroke patients in New England. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and monitoring stroke patients
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for stroke survivors
  • Contributing to research and advancements in Stroke Care.
About you:
To be considered for this rewarding position, you must have:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Experience in acute care or Stroke Care (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to the well-being of stroke survivors.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of facilities maintenance, asset management, building principles & standards, with expertise in the technical aspects of plant and building services maintenance.
