Structures/Lifting Supervisor

The Role:

Premier Cranes & Rigging is seeking a Structures/Lifting Supervisor who is not just looking for a job, but a career-defining opportunity. In this pivotal position, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, working closely with the Planning and Engineering teams to ensure our crane fleet is meticulously optimised for our clients' specific needs. Your expertise in crane operations will be crucial in developing efficient crane methodologies and overseeing the execution of heavy lift and complex crane works. Reporting directly to the Heavy Lift Superintendent, you will embody our #TeamLifting ethos, leading with strategic foresight and unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in the planning and execution of job setups, emphasizing safety and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough site visits, assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage the logistics and scheduling of plant and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
• Uphold Premier's safety and quality standards, actively monitoring and guiding crew performance.
• Liaise effectively with client representatives, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Engage in business development, identifying and pursuing on-site opportunities.

About You:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil structures or as a Lifting Supervisor.
• Trade qualifications in a construction or building-related field are advantageous.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with HS&E standards and a commitment to their implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
