12  month appointment pool, with one full-time permanent position is available for immediate filling.

We are establishing an appointment pool for vacancies that arise up to 12 months from the first appointment.

Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, casual, permanent or fixed-term contract basis with possible further term and and/or permanency.

Suitable candidates will be placed in the appointment pool from which opportunities may be offered as vacancies arise. Candidates may also be considered for similar positions within South Metropolitan TAFE as they arise during the life of the pool. If the appointment pool is exhausted prior to the pool expiry date, we reserve the right to supplement the pool through further advertising.

About the role
The Student Administration, Team Co-ordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative functions relating to course delivery for IBT including VETDSS pre and post enrolment, across South Metro TAFE’s campuses.  The team is responsible for high quality customer service from to students and Employers and support enrolments in conjunction with the Client Service teams. 

To be successful in this role you will ideally have analytical and problem solving skills including exceptional attention to details with well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks with competing priorities within strict deadlines. The successful applicant will also demonstrate the ability to use all MS Office applications proficiently and experience in the use of student management systems. Knowledge/experience in the TechnologyOne Student Management system (SMS) would be  highly advantageous.
