• Commencing salary: $66,052 per annum plus 11% superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role:

This newly created opportunity will enable you to work across all Student Management areas: administration and admissions teams to provide timely and professional student administration processes and operational support to ensure effective, consistent and reliable services are provided to William Angliss Institute students. The position will backfill for staff undertaking learning and development; skill acquisition rotations; mentoring programs; leave and/or to cover gaps due to peaks in workloads for student administration departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant degree with relevant work experience ideally in Business Administration or similar field; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Student Management software systems along with strong administrative skills that contribute to the development of effective Student Management systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Well-developed organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment and enjoy working with staff in a number of different Student Management teams.
• Embrace change and have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
