About the Role
The Quality and Evaluation Team at CFA exists to ensure the effective governance of training across the organisation.
We are currently seeking a Student Management Coordinator to work closely with the Quality and Evaluation team and ensure the accuracy of student data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
This exciting, newly created role has dual responsibility for coordinating compliance and governance activities and providing systems (LMS) reporting and support.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact to assist users and other team members in troubleshooting LMS issues. Additional responsibilities will include escalating incidents to support teams when necessary; providing LMS reporting on KPI's associated with training delivery and statutory requirements; monitoring and escalating data security issues to minimise impact on the organisation and, providing training on LMS software updates.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
* Experience in database management and configuration, preferably a contemporary LMS.
* Strong compliance and quality control experience that supports the maintenance of RTO status.
* Analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver numerous concurrent projects within quality and time parameters.
* Ability to manage numerous, varied, and concurrent projects within budget, quality, and time parameters.
* Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
* Experience in developing reports (standard and ad-hoc) & correspondence.
* Experience conveying training information and objectives to internal & external customers.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage and influence stakeholder relationships and engagement.
* Proven ability to negotiate and deliver agreed outcomes.
