- $71,806 to $82,802 per annum (HEO5)
- Plus 17% employer superannuation

- 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum

About the role
The Student Pathways Officer provides high level administrative service and support to students, and is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of key services relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment for commencing and continuing students.
About you
To be successful in this role the Student Pathways Officer will have demonstrated experience in the provision of specialist advice across multiple communication channels and well as high quality administrative service and support to students with enquiries relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment. The Student Pathways Officer will provide specialist advice, exercise discerning judgement and resolve complex enquiries or applications whilst ensuring the accurate application of policy, rules and guidelines. The incumbent will deliver services to students and staff requiring sound interpersonal, communication and engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective professional relationships and maintain diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality with superior organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
About the Department
UNE Brand and Marketing is responsible for marketing and sales strategy that positions UNE for current and future opportunities and achieving UNE’s student-based income targets from the domestic market.
About the Business Area
Student Pathways is responsible for prospective student relationship management, managing and
administering domestic admissions and credit applications, student recruitment and conversion
activities for the University.
