Opportunity
We are seeking a fun, energetic and experienced RTO officer to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have the passion for the Industry and are an exceptional administrator and people person and are motivated and passionate about supporting students through the whole lifecycle of the student journey then Stirling wants to hear from you!
About the role
- Be the first point of contact for our enrolling students and provide support throughout their studies. Travelling to different sites, attending and facilitating Day 1 and Top up classes in metropolitan and regional Melbourne
- Follow up with incomplete/incorrect documentation from trainers/students/staff to ensure compliance within the required timeframe
- Quality checking documentation, following up student documentation and compliance and supporting student engagement are some of the key activities in your day to day.
- You will be passionate about the whole lifecycle of the student journey, supporting all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion.
Would this describe you?
- Experience using Student and Learning Management Systems
- Extensive administration experience within a fast-paced environment
- A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Highly organised and can work autonomously
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Current drivers licence
