Cabra Dominican College are seeking a passionate and experienced Student Services Manager to lead the Student Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality student support services, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all students.
This position is a permanent role for 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and success.
- Manage the Student Services team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the coordination of student events, activities, and support programs.
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Ensure compliance with college policies and regulatory requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
- Working with Children’s Clearance (required)
- First Aid Certificate (required)
- Proven experience within Student Services or a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
