As the Full Time Stylist you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, engaging with the brand's loyal clientele, and contributing significantly to shaping the overall fashion experience whilst working alongside a high performing team.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience, demonstrating leadership in customer service.
- Achieve sales targets while consistently delivering exceptional service to valued customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, showcasing leadership in operational standards.
- Uphold adherence to company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Work towards achieving business objectives through effective teamwork and team contributions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience in a fashion sales role
- Understanding of V.I.P customer service
- Excellent presentation and a keen interest in fashion styling
- Previous experience in tailoring is preferred but not essential
- Show resilience and be passionate about reaching KPIs
- Recognising the dynamic nature of the retail industry, the ability and willingness to typically work weekends is essential for this role.
- Your commitment to a flexible schedule will contribute to the overall success of our team.
