Job description

Position Overview:

You will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the company's bid and tender processes. You will work closely with estimating and delivery teams, to develop high quality EOI and tender submissions.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will:

  • Coordinate the entire submission process, from initial request to submission and follow-up.
  • Act as the central contact for all tender related inquiries and communications including document control and circulation to the internal team.
  • Conduct research and analysis of tender requirements, including client needs, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender to populate the tender schedules.
  • Prepare and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with tender guidelines.
  • Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Review and analyse tender feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned into future tenders.
  • Maintain and manage a database of tender documents, templates, and relevant reference materials.
  • Maintain and update required documents necessary for inclusion in submissions e.g. project data sheets, staff CV and Non price data.
  • Organise and draft agendas for meetings, assist in minute taking and development of presentations

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role in the engineering or construction industry (desirable)
  • Qualification in Engineering, Constructions, communications, business administration or related field (desirable)
  • A high level of attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear, concise and persuasive content.
