Working for a well-established, successful mid-tier commercial builder, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the development of winning bids, including creating, contributing to and reviewing written content and graphics
- Creating reports to track the tender process, including win rates
- Developing base content and templates for the submissions library and marketing collateral, including project profiles, CVs, inhouse project videos
- Improving winning work systems and processes
- Managing marketing channels, including website, LinkedIn
- Be a self-starter who shows initiative and has a ‘can do’ attitude
- Have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working in a team dynamic
- Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing/submissions role
- Graphics skills, e.g. InDesign, Adobe Pro, Canva
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform, e.g. Power BI, Automate
