Submissions Manager

The opportunity
We are seeking a Submissions Manager to join our Pre-Contracts NSW& ACT Infrastructure Team.
Reporting to the NSW Pre-Contracts Manager, you will:

• Lead, plan and manage submission responses to client requests and other company collateral that helps the company to win work and enhances the company's overall reputation.
• Ensure all aspects of the submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent, high quality, and professional standard by the due dates.
• Ensure submissions accurately reflect CPB Contractors' proposed response, that they follow the requirements specified in the client's request documents; and are in line with corporate standards.
• Manage, coach, mentor and motivate other submission personnel including submission coordinators, graphic designers, writers and bid staff, subcontractors and consultants on the most appropriate way to respond to key criteria that demonstrates the company's overall experience and capability.
• Lead and manage a team which include submission coordinators, graphic designers and writers.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

• Extensive experience across multiple sectors, contract types and values in a similar role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor
• Proven experience project managing the planning and production of complex, compliant submissions such as market soundings, proposals, expressions of interest and tenders
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Construction / Engineering / Building industry background is preferred
• Experience managing a team.
