This is your chance to be a part of the team that focuses on limiting the financial risk of the people function through enablement of process automation and improved operational capability.
You will provide subject matter expertise and technical support to the team by:
- Being responsible for the maintenance and configuration of the SuccessFactors employee central payroll platform
- Configuring SAP application to meet payroll’s documented business requirements.
- Being a “go-to” resource for functional and technical questions from both internal and external users
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in SF payroll process and innovative approaches.
- Document SuccessFactors ECP solutions and contribute to a solutions repository.
- Contribute to internal implementation initiatives.
- Provide customers with follow up consulting and general assistance in payroll related quires.
- Provide platform support to end-users, including training and support documentation on new functionalities (training and support for payroll team).
A little bit about you
- Experience in payroll system configuration
- Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage
- Technical experience within SAP HR Systems including SuccessFactors, Employee Central & knowledge of ERP Payroll
- Experience in Configuration and Troubleshooting ECP
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
- SF Employee Central certification is desirable
- Experience in technical software development
