Our client has an opportunity for a new Store Manager in their dynamic and thriving supermarket. They are dedicated to delivering a diverse range of fresh, farm-to-table offerings. Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a very fast-paced supermarket. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless delivery of a wide range of fresh food products straight from the farmer to our client's valued customers. Managing a dynamic team of approximately 20 - 30 individuals per shift, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the consistent availability of fresh and high-quality products in-store.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation.
