About Us

We need a Supervisor Bushcare who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.

What You Will Be Working On

As a Supervisor Bushcare you shall lead & innovate teams. Set clear directions and engage, inspire and empower team members to work collaboratively to deliver the project.

About You

• Drive adoption of safe work practices, provision of a high level of customer service and ensure a high standard of work as an active member within the Directorate.
• Organise orderly requisitions and contracts for goods and services as well as staff inductions and development to proactively maintain high service levels and team performance.
• Set clear directions, and engage, motivate and empower team members to work collaboratively to deliver on the ground service activities.
• Systematically identify, analyse and engage with stakeholders to determine requirements of works. Ensure continuing communication throughout the life of works to monitor, manage and improve stakeholder relationships and achieve customer-centric outcomes.
• Systematically identify risks and opportunities; and plan how to mitigate and manage risks and respond to opportunities.
