We believe that individual differences, perspectives, and experiences make us even better at the work we do and should be recognised, respected, and valued.The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supervisor Civil for our Mardie project on a 14/7 roster to oversee the construction of our Secondary Seawater Intake. The primary objective of this position is to oversee construction works and ensure that the works are completed as to the project and businesses plan. The Civil Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, monitoring, and reporting on activities of the construction contractors and ensure that all works are conducted safely and as to the agreed performance standards.The role will ensure compliance to Company requirements, scopes, drawings and specifications and assist in the reporting on progress of packages including input to contract management. As a valuable member of our team, you will contribute positively to team morale and performance, both within your direct team and in collaboration with other teams. Proactive problem-solving, evidence of effective planning, and follow-through are key qualities we seek in our ideal candidate. Flexibility and responsiveness to meet project objectives and operational requirements are also crucial for success in this role.It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the company's health and safety systems and procedures, and that you implement them effectively on the Mardie project. Maintaining high standards of reporting, both on a routine basis and as requested, is essential to ensure effective communication and transparency within the organisation.About You:You will have at least 5-10 years of experience in Construction Management including EPCM Management. You will be experienced with plant and equipment on a construction site and have a trade or management certification. The successful candidate will be able to communicate well, both internally and externally and have an open and honest approach.You will have strong leadership and management skills and be results orientated.
