Fortescue is seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Supervisor to join our team for an exciting opportunity across the Chichesters. You will lead and support a multi disciplinary team to provide the safe, effective and timely delivery of all Construction Projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe and effective leadership of a multi-disciplined team including the coaching, mentoring and development of all
- Promote rigorous compliance to Zero Harm principles ensuring that the safety risks of maintenance activities not visible to the line have been identified e.g. risks related to new equipment or procedures in work area
- Provide visible safety leadership (lead by example), modelling positive safety behaviours to staff whilst undertaking incident reporting and investigation as required by corporate policies
- Ensure that Contractors within your scope of work meet the contractual agreements and electrical requirements, ensuring quality levels and safety requirements provided by them are completed and maintained in accordance with the contract, Fortescue requirements and all legislative regulations
- Manage expectation setting and performance reviews of team members to ensure a successful pathway is built for all
- Project management within the non-process infrastructure group ensuring all scheduled tasks are achievable and allow for efficient delivery
- Focus on continuous improvement strategies and implementation to ensure production improvements are delivered
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated safety leadership and proven experience in the supervision of a multidisciplinary team including contractor management
- Trade qualified A Grade Electrician alongside an Electrical Contractors License or Electrical Nominee qualification
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise and interact with individuals and groups of varying levels of authority
- High level of organisation skills and an ability to meet deadlines whilst managing multiple functions simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and associated costs for control management and reporting functionalities
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, be self-directed and work under minimal supervision
- High level of commitment to the provision of quality services and contributing to a positive team environment
