- $93,707.33 per year plus superannuation

The Supervisor Family & Children's Services is responsible for child focussed program and events delivery, staff management, biannual reporting to Northern Territory Government, policy and strategic service development and community engagement in advocating for the needs of children and families across the municipality. The role is underpinned by community development principals, lifespan development and early childhood frameworks, and relevant legislative frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have great capacity in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, awesome report writing skills and will be able to engage with kids of most ages.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood and Care or equivalent qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in children's services, community-based services and/or the local government community services sector or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum three (3) years experience at a supervisory level
- Working with Children Clearance (Ochre card)
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Possession of C Class Driver Licence
