Supervisor / IT Technician

We are seeking highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individuals to work at Casphone Willows Shop  as a Retail Store Supervisor/IT technician. The successful candidate possess leadership skills, knowledge and experience of working in similar industries and will deliver a world-class customer service, serve as a role model and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.
• Effectively managing the operations of the shop (ensure cash register balance, back office management procedures etc).
• Managing staff and rosters on a weekly basis.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
• Provide training, motivation, mentoring and support to members of the team.
• Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.
• Manage and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Ensure small devices repairs are competently completed in an efficient timely manner.
• Repair small devices (mobile phone, ipad)

You will need to possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service (essential).
•  Retail Store Supervisor experience.
• Previous experience leading a team, coaching and developing.
• Background/understanding of technology (essential).
• Experience in mobile or computer repairs.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A passion for sales and selling.
• An understanding of retail operations.
• Eager to learn new skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and culture.
