About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor Plant Operations with a passion for people to lead, mentor, coach and develop a team of Fixed Plant Operations personnel at our Mesa J operations in Pannawonica. You will be responsible for providing regular performance feedback, leadership and safely executing Fixed Plant Operations activities. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to draw on your people leadership skills, coupled with your technical knowledge to effectively coordinate execution of work.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals as well as the goals of the team. You’ll work a family and lifestyle friendly residential 4 days, 3 nights on, 7 days off roster, which will give you more time to spend on the things that are important to you and the people in your life.
Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant you will:
- Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
- Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance, encouraging prioritisation of safety in all activities and operations
- Organise and manage the execution of Fixed Plant Operations work performed
- Manage special projects in a timely, effective and efficient manner that obtains the key results required of the project
What you’ll bring

- Contractor management experience
- An understanding of the work management process and principles
- Experience working in fixed Plant Operations, maintenance or similar
- A Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (Manual)
- Statutory Position Legal Exam – Statutory Supervisor
