Due to continued responsible sales throughout the last 36 months, they're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team managing a run SOR, with the opportunity for progression into a Construction Manager role, longer term.
Since their inception they've continued to push the boundaries when it comes to standards in the Project Homes space, aswell as build times, as they're currently between 7-9 months from the start of construction.
The run will consist of 15-20 single storey homes (MAX 25 at anyone time), with the sales/builds coming from 1st/2nd home builders in Perth, no investor builds from the East coast like other builders.
In the role of Site Supervisor you will be working in a young and energetic close knit team reporting to an efficient and supportive Construction Manager, with the the role encompassing all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming (Truth Engine) and ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place.
The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Residential Site Supervisory experience (essential)
- Ideally somebody with 3-7 years Supervisory experience
- Solid tenure with current or previous employers
- Good IT acumen
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
