As a Supervisor/Leading Hand Carpenter, you will work closely with the Director and alongside team members.
You will be primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities on Oscari Group construction sites. Your role will involve providing leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure the successful completion of our Residential projects. You will collaborate closely with our Management Team, subcontractors, and other trades to deliver high-quality craftsmanship within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience preferably as a leading hand/ carpenter, with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the residential sector
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, including proficiency in reading architectural plans, engineering plans and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse range of clients and subcontractors.
- A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship, with a thorough understanding of construction industry regulations and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Valid White Card
