The Role

As a member of the Supplier Partnership & Performance Motor Team (SPPM), you will be accountable for the implementation, adoption, and performance of Audatex across the Hollard’s Motor Repairers.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Lead the Implementation of Audatex across Hollard’s Motor Repairer network.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure adoption of Audatex across Hollard’s Motor Repairer network and internal teams. 
  • Be the Operational Subject Matter Expert for Audatex across the organisation.
  • Deliver industry leading cost, quality, and timeliness outcomes through the 
    successful implementation of Audatex across Hollard’s Motor Repairers.
  • Manage Regulatory Compliance Framework across the claims supply chain.
  •  Monitor Third Party Risk Management Framework across the Hollard Supply Chain.
  • Develop collaborative relationships across the business to deliver improved outcomes for internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. 

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in working with Audatex and Motor Repairers.
  • Substantial experience in a General Insurance/short tail business preferably in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Claims management related role.
  • Deep understanding and management of partner relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of internal products, competitor products and the current market.
