About the Role

Reporting to the National Parts and Accessories Supply Chain Manager, you will support a range of administrative tasks, including reporting on parts and accessories supply performance against targets, and liaising with third-party suppliers. You will also support the forecasting and replenishment processes by ensuring that engines, batteries and other key vehicle components are ordered in sufficient numbers and within acceptable time frames.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the ordering of engines and EV batteries from a range of sources
• Regular reporting of KPIs, targets and backorders for parent company in Japan and Thailand
• Liaison with third-party suppliers to ensure backorders are filled in a timely fashion
• Overall support of the parts supply administrative function, including the resolution of invoice queries and the creation of parts records in SAP

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in an accounts related position, with familiarity with purchase orders, goods receipts and invoicing
• Experience with data analysis and an understanding of SAP software solution highly desirable
• High level attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
