Additional information:
• This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
• The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Integration Specialist
• This role requires availability to work Monday – Sunday, shift hours ranging from 7:00am – 6:00pm.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a National Police Check for final candidates.

About this work area

As Fulfilment Integration Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high quality in the operational forecast, in line with the order parameters and available sales space capacities/parameters.
• Together with the Fulfilment Integration Manager, acting as the main point of contact in the store for all range administration and operational supply related questions for our department managers and other functions.
• Work actively with the commercial team by securing range management processes pertaining sales space parameters, expected sales start, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities.
• Support sales with planning and follow-up of activities and maintain the store's assortment including news and outgoing items. Proactively identify deviations, analyse root causes, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking needed actions.
• Contributing to the planning and execution of local Commercial activation to maximise commercial opportunities in continuing to grow and appeal to our customer base.
• Engage confidently with business partners to foster collaboration and drive operational excellence.

As Fulfilment Integration Specialist you are or have:
• Analytically minded with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Passionate about data analysis and problem-solving, proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office, particularly proficient in Excel.
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at managing time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A forward thinker who works calmly under pressure, takes ownership of quick decisions and problem solving. You are highly organised with a flexible and growth mind-set.
• Confident in communicating, engaging, and influencing stakeholders and business partners to deliver business goals.
• Keen interest in logistics processes, comfortable operating at both tactical and operational levels, with a proven track record of achieving results.
