About the Role:
The Supply Chain Supervisor – International Logistics & Allocations manages the Group’s inbound international freight functions by facilitating communication between internal Accent Group business departments, external suppliers and service providers as well as overseeing the Wholesale Allocations functions within the ERP.
The responsibilities will include:
- Take the lead in the management of day-to-day operations of the business’ international inbound logistics functions and in doing so maintain a knowledge base of existing International Logistics practices and trends.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, ensuring that required performance levels are met and accurate regular reporting is received as required.
- Manage data uploads from the Ap21 ERP to Yeeorder portal and vice versa, work closely with Yeeorder control tower team to resolve any errors and data inaccuracies.
- Ensure accurate purchase order and shipment data is maintained in the Ap21 ERP by utilizing freight forwarder reporting, data extracts from Yeeorder portal and internal reporting tools.
- Maintain and distribute the inbound schedule and goods in transit reporting.
- Investigate and resolve any inaccuracies in internal reporting shared with the business.
- Investigate and resolve any variances from suppliers, request and ensure receipt of credits where required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all International Logistics queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee workload undertaken by Supply Chain Coordinator - International Logistics & Allocations (remote team member), ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in overseeing workload undertaken by Supply Chain Coordinator - Purchasing & International Logistics (remote team member), provide guidance in priorities of workload, and assist in resolving queries.
- Support Wholesale Allocations workload when required.
- Maintain a continuous improvement attitude towards reporting functions and operational processes.
- Ensure all relevant legal, regulatory or internal process are followed within area of responsibility.
- Take responsibility for special projects and additional tasks as requested and where reasonable.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Excellent computer literacy
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suit with strong excel skills.
- Experience in front end AP21 applications and understanding of how to best utilize applications.
- Demonstrate an understanding of International Logistics practices.
- Maintain a relevant knowledge base of current International Logistics trends and industry happenings which may fall outside of the immediate scope of this role.
