About the role
Reporting to the Directors & working closely alongside the wider executive team, this is a pivotal role within the organisation overseeing a growing Support Coordination Service across 3 states at present.
As the National Manager of Support Coordination, you will have full oversight of the service ensuring it is being delivered in a professional & holistic manner, ensuring systems, policies & procedures are implemented & adhered to, new support coordinators & staff members are recruited & trained adequately & more.
Key selection criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Social Work and Allied Health and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience working as a Support Coordination Manager, Team Leader or similar leadership role
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation, NDIS procedural guidelines and the full range of community services that may be required by customers
- An understanding in coordinating responsive, individualised support to customers with complex needs and their families/carers
