Form of workThe Opportunity:
Come and join our team! We are seeking experienced Support Workers located in Woodcroft. You will be responsible for supporting customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Support Worker
- High Physical support experience
- Nursing background is HIGHLY preferable
- Experience with Mental health and Dementia
- Recent experience with Complex care, Diabetes, Bowel care, Enteral Feeding
- Bright and positive personality

Currently offering shifts across a 24/7 rostering including active and passive nights.
