About the Role:
You will embody our person-centred approach to support for our participants while promoting choice and control in their lives. You will be working with participants in the CBD (Melbourne), St Kilda and Brunswick.
This may include but is not limited to:
- Support with accessing and, staying engaged within the participant’s chosen community, including assistance with researching and planning activities of interest
- Assisting participants to achieve individual goals as per their NDIS funded support plan
- Maintaining professional relationships and encouraging capacity building
- Assistance with domestic tasks such as meal planning, grocery shopping and transportation

Compliance:
You must also have/be willing to obtain for the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Car insurance (comprehensive insurance preferred)
We are seeking someone who is available for a minimum of 20 hours per week to be rostered with a variety of participants. We are an inclusive business that encourages such candidates with transitional skills sets and relevant career backgrounds to apply.
Note: Salary is based upon the SCHADS award
