Support Workers, Cleaners, and Lawn Maintenance/Gardner

ESP Support Services is an Albury/Wodonga based, NDIS registered provider, offering a range of quality individual and flexible support options for people with a disability. Our mission is to enable our participants to live as independently as possible, by strengthening their ability to achieve their goals through the provision of ethical, innovative, and compassionate supports. 

Casual Disability and Aged Care Support Workers
You will need to: 

• Be available to work on a 24/7 rotating roster: early mornings, day time, evenings, possible active and inactive nights, and weekend shifts
• Be comfortable supporting adult clients with intellectual/physical disabilities, complex medical needs, mental health diagnoses or involvement in the criminal justice system
• Thrive in an environment where we work together to support the wellbeing of our participants

 Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum Cert III in either  Aged care, Community Services, Individual Support or Disability
• Working with Children Check in both NSW and VIC
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver's license with a reliable car and comprehensive insurance

Domestic Cleaners
You will need to: 

• Be available to work varying shifts between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm
• Be comfortable entering homes of adult participants with intellectual/physical disabilities, complex medical needs, mental health diagnoses or involvement in the criminal justice system
• Show initiative and proactiveness when on shift
• Thrive in an environment where we work together to support the wellbeing of our participants 

Skills and Experience: 

• Working with Children Check in both NSW and VIC
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver's license with a reliable car and comprehensive insurance

Casual Lawn Maintenance / Gardener

The main role for this position will be maintaining clients' lawns with occasional gardening and general maintenance also required. 

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work!

The position would be well suited to a retiree who is looking for a little something extra to do. 

ESP supplies the equipment and trailer; you will just need a suitable vehicle to tow. 

Skills and Experience:  

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Police Check 
• At least six months of previous experience is desirable
