We are seeking to recruit a Personal Care Assistant - Supported Lifestyle who is looking for a new challenge! This position in our Supported Lifestyle team will assist in providing person centered lifestyle programs designed to engage our Residents in activities they enjoy. We are looking for a team member to fill the following position Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm.
Essential Criteria
- Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV Leisure and Health
- Experience in completing documentation
- Experience working with Dementia clients (desirable)
- Build relationships and support elderly Residents
- Must be a team player
- Proof of work rights in Australia
- Mandatory Vaccination Policy
