We are looking for a co-ordinator to join our brand new Surf Academy team in Sydney Olympic Park.
• Deliver and maintain exceptional and authentic guest service experience (phone, email, greeting, checking-in, surveying, upselling).
• Drive Surf Academy revenue by promoting upselling of URBNSURF products and programs to guests to meet the Surf Academy KPI's and revenue targets.
• Work with the Surf Academy Management team to adapt schedules and ensure educational, fitness and community awareness services are scheduled and upsold.
• Build strong internal relationships to deliver support, advice and training to team members, driving customer stoke and superior guest experiences.
Accountable for supporting the operations of the Surf Academy with a focus on maximising the guest experience and generating sales. Reporting to the Surf Academy Manager, the Surf Academy Coordinator will strengthen the overall culture and delivery of superior customer experience within URBNSURF Sydney. These roles ensure guest safety by utilising preventative and management strategies within the Victorian State Guidelines.
Education/
Qualifications: Working with children check (WWC) ; Certificate I / Certificate II in Retail Services or Sales is desirable; Surfing NSW Foundation (Level 1) coach (inc. first-aid certificate & ocean rescue certificate) are desirable.
