Ozzy Tyres is currently expanding our team in Caloundra and presents a fantastic opportunity for tyres fitters, skilled 4x4 Accessories Fitter ,Suspension Installer and wheel aligners to join our dynamic and fast-paced crew. With industry leaders to support you and our commitment to ensuring your growth within the group, this is your chance to elevate your career to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Installing 4x4 lift kits, lowered springs and accessories
- Diagnosing and repairing steering and suspension components
- Installing Bull Bars
- Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive, mechanical, suspension, accessories installation or similar industry
- Tyre fitting and wheel aligning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current manual driver’s license (Essential)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Honesty and integrity
- A cheerful "Can do" attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Sound knowledge and adherence to OH&S practices
- Genuine interest in the industry
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
