With branches all over Victoria, they are vital in servicing their immediate community and the wider state by ensuring road safety for all licenced drivers and registered vehicles. They are currently seeking a customer service professional to join their office in Swan Hill in the capacity of Customer Service Officer.
Your new role
You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment as a highly valued member of the customer service team. The role entails extensive training, including learning about customer service, Licence Testing, vehicle inspection and registration and much more. Your role will primarily be in the office working with customer transactions and enquiries. You will also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in other areas within the branch such as registration & licence transactions and even responding to patrons' incoming calls from time to time.You may have the chance to work at other branches if required and could also be on call until 9 am on your rostered days off to cover unforeseen circumstances. Candidates MUST have a FULL DRIVING LICENCE.
