As we move into this exciting new phase with the award of our new 5 Year contract Ventia are looking for experienced Switching Operators to work on our Western Power Contract.
This critical role will see you responsible for delivering HV/ LV maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning, and switching operations for both planned work and unplanned outages.

About you
- Qualified switching operator with relevant authorisations.
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent
- Demonstrated field experience performing low & high voltage switching operations.
- Hold a current driver's licence – HR Desirable

The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.
