About the role
The System Support Coordinator will provide technical application support services to a small range of University systems developed and/or managed by the Planning and Service Performance Division (PSP). The role will play a key part in assisting in associated life cycle management activities for these systems, such as upgrades, change management, enhancements, issue resolution and escalation and vendor liaison, as well as ensuring their day to day continuity.

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated IT professional keen to play an important role in supporting the suite of systems used in the Digital Solutions team.
To be successful in the role, it is essential to demonstrate that you:
- are a confident and positive communicator and team player with proven excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- have relevant IT qualifications and/or practical knowledge and experience in the development and support of IT systems and technologies
- an understanding of the application lifecycle including processes related to development, testing, change control, and operational support.
- a background, or interest in tools such as eForms, RPA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- have high level analytical and problem solving skills with a proven ability
- have excellent team building skills with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
