Systems Administrator, Operational Services

The OpportunityCSL Behring is looking for a Systems Administrator, Operational Services to join our growing team.Reporting to the Senior Manager - Operational Services, Bulk and based at our Broadmeadows Facility, you will deliver support to manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of operations and delivery to plan through training, coordination of routine systems, standardised documentation support and issuing and control of batch records in line with the production schedule for the agreed manufacturing facilities at the site.The Role

• Assist in the draft, review and issue process of controlled documentation in partnership with the manufacturing subject matter experts.
• Ensure periodic controlled document reviews are completed on time in partnership with the manufacturing subject matter experts.
• Update and audit the Controlled Copy Libraries in the facilities to ensure only the current document versions are being used.
• Maintain agreed service level agreements.
• Maintain documentation maps, hierarchy and document writing standards.
• Control and issue Batch Process Sheets, including creation of folders for the relevant Operations Value Stream
• Maintain work instructions, SOPs and registers associated issuing of batch process records.
• Work with QA to ensure processes are compliant and maintained.
• Manage edition updates of controlled documents
• Archiving, as required.
• Purchase consumables associated with batch record issuance activities.

Your skills and experience

• A tertiary degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing role in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Food industry.
• Knowledge in the systems of GxP including GMP/GLP/GAMP/GEP and quality management systems like AS/NZS ISO 9001.
• Experience in continuous process and batch operation.
• Experience with quality control and quality assurance systems including an understanding of regulatory guidelines.
• Previous experience with Quality system development and maintenance.
• Business writing skills with the ability to create documentation.
