About the Role:
As a Change Analyst specialising in HRIS and Payroll Systems Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change by supporting the implementation and optimisation of our HRIS and Payroll Systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition, enhance user adoption, and maximise the benefits of our upgraded systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of HRIS and Payroll Systems implementation projects.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to new HRIS and Payroll Systems.
• Communication and Training: Create and deliver clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within HRIS and Payroll Systems.
• Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and developers to maximise performance and system integration.

Experience and Requirements:

• A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in HRIS and Payroll Systems implementation and change management.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results within established time lines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
