• Full time | Fixed term | Immediate start (negotiable) to 29 June 2025
• Professional Officer Level 3 | $100,583 – $111,754 per annum plus super (pro rata)

In this role you will lead the change management and Training component of the implementation of a new payroll and human resources information system (HRIS), in consultation with key stakeholders.  As a project specialist, delivering system-wide Change and Training, you will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all payroll (HRIS) functions.

Essential

• empathy with the values and ethos of the Catholic faith 
• demonstrated experience in supporting Change and project management practices 
• experience in learning design and development and coordinating professional learning

Candidates with experience working in an education and/or payroll and human resources setting or similar will be highly regarded.
