The opportunityIn this role you will lead the change management and Training component of the implementation of a new payroll and human resources information system (HRIS), in consultation with key stakeholders. As a project specialist, delivering system-wide Change and Training, you will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all payroll (HRIS) functions.
Your experienceEssential
- empathy with the values and ethos of the Catholic faith
- demonstrated experience in supporting Change and project management practices
- experience in learning design and development and coordinating professional learning
Candidates with experience working in an education and/or payroll and human resources setting or similar will be highly regarded.
