As a Systems Officer, StudyLink you will:
  • In collaboration with the Coordinator and Studylink team, you will actively contribute to the effective operation and continual improvement of the implementation of StudyLink for Deakin International Admissions.
  • Plan and prioritises work and critical activities appropriately whilst adhering to Government guidelines and compliance.
  • Investigate and probe for the facts and identify relevant solutions and select the most appropriate from the range of alternative.
  • Support key stakeholders in testing, regular reporting and synchronization between StudyLink and Callista for data integrity purposes.
To be successful, you'll have:
  • A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
