One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to assist with the review and improvement of Business processes to increase usability, automation and efficiencies across the department.. The successful Business Analyst will be offered a 12 month contract with 2 X 12 months extension options.
The successful Business/Systems Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Participating in solution discussions and proposing solution options
- Working with technical subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are satisfied in line with ICT architecture
- Providing a business perspective into the strategic direction of technology investments
- Identifying risk and issues in the project and highlighting them to the Project Manager
The successful Business/Systems Analyst will have experience in the following:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Good understanding of requirements and the Agile way of working
- Ability to showcase system functionality to business owners
- Ability to develop and contribute to innovative solutions
