Tafe Teacher - Engineering (Toowoomba Tafe)

APG is currently seeking an experienced TAFE Teacher in Engineering for a full-time position at Toowoomba TAFE.

Salary: $86,564 - $113,971 per annum

Requirements:

• MEM30319 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
• Current industry skills relevant to training and assessment
• Knowledge in vocational training and assessment practices
• Professional development in vocational training and assessment
• Current Queensland Driver’s license
• One of the following credentials:
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV with additional units
  • TAE50111 or TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
  • TAE50211 or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development
  • Higher-level qualification in adult education

Desirable:

• AS 1796 Welding Certification
• AS 2214 Welding Supervisor
• Diploma in Engineering or similar
• Certificate IV in Manufacturing Technology
• Experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, CAD & CAM
• High digital literacy skills
