AddressChandler Macleod is seeking a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Administrator to support a team of experienced Recruiters working on high-volume recruitment projects for a government agency. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. Sydney or Melbourne locations available.
About the role:
- Assist with recruitment-related administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding material
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing excellent customer service
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand their talent needs and provide support as needed
About you:
- Baseline Security Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Proven recruitment administration experience ideally within a Government or Regulatory environment
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
