Key Responsibilities

• Utilise your expertise in sourcing and headhunting to identify top talent for the various business units.
• Manage inbound applications efficiently, using your keen eye for talent to filter and screen candidates effectively.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
