We are seeking an experienced professional who has worked in complex Case Management, claims, grant management, dispute resolution, who can demonstrate a commitment to social justice and the rule of law.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Undertaking end to end Case Management activities. Interpreting and applying policy, legislation, procedures and practices to the management of cases received.
• Apply legislation while adhering to organisation guidelines and policies.
• Evidence support decision-making.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and positively contribute to the outcomes expected under the business goals
• Providing final clearance for legal documentation
• Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping

What you'll need to succeed

Applicants will additionally need to demonstrate

• Previous experience applying legislation and/or policy coverage is essential.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
