About the role
 

The Records Officer - Records Management Support undertakes client support services to ensure the integrity, access, management and security of records and information in the corporate Records Management system (RMS).

 

This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months. 
 
Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months. There is no guarantee of employment as a result of this Talent Pool

Target Question 1:
 

A large function of this role is customer service based. Provide an example of when you have exceeded customer expectations. What was the issue/request and what was the outcome. 

 
Target Question 2:
 

Provide an example of a time you were required to adjust your workload to meet a deadline or an urgent request. What steps did you take to manage your work and what was the outcome?

To be eligible for ongoing roles, you must meet one of the following statuses: 

  • an Australian Citizen;
  • a permanent resident of Australia; or
  • a New Zealand citizen. 

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
