Tax Accountant

Experienced Tax Accountant Needed, Ballarat Based, Excellent Salary, Full Time Role, Progressive Organisation

Your new role

As an experienced Tax Accountant your will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Be competent in preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and / or super funds.
• Completion of business activity statements
• Work within defined timeframes, have the ability to provide a high level of service and add value to clients.
• Attend to tax planning / business planning and problems solving with business clients
• Work closely with other accountants / clients and confidently work in a team environment
• Answer tax queries and provide solutions for a vast range of accounting questions.
• Have high attention to detail in the quality of work prepared.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2 +year' of professional practice accounting experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

CPA / CA preferred however not essential
