Our client is a highly successful accounting firm in the southern suburbs, that has experienced significant growth and market exposure in the last 5 years. With an exceptional service offering, this firm aims to provide clients with personalised solutions across accounting, advisory and SMSF.
They are now seeking an experienced Senior Manager who is keen to become a Partner in 12 - 18 months and assist with the growth of the business.
The Position:

• Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entities.
• Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring and planning.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants: manage workflow, review work and provide technical training.
• Train, coach and develop your team and encourage their continued professional growth.
• Develop new business through referrals and relationships.

About You:

• We are seeking a motivated, proactive and approachable person who has proven Management experience within an accounting firm.
• Ideally a registered Tax Agent.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• Social, open and positive personality.
