$78,564 – $99,983 pro rata

- Be supported to further develop your teaching / facilitation skills through professional development opportunities, including being supported to complete the required TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualification if required.
About The Role
Ignite passion teaching at TAFE! Empower future disability industry leaders with NDIS expertise, fostering inclusion and individualised support.
In the role you will need to have a firm understanding of the complexities of supporting people with disability through the NDIS. You must also have a strong awareness of facilitating empowerment for people with disability, including supporting community participation and inclusion, contributing to ongoing skill development, providing individualised support through a person centred - strength based model of practice.
Selected Duties:
- Utilise your expertise and guide students through their studies
- Deliver face-to-face training
- Assessment of entry level student work
- Develop course material and curriculum
- Provide expert advice and support to a dynamic group of cohort students
About You
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience working in a Disability Support Service context
- TAE qualifications are preferred; however suitable applicants will be supported to complete the qualification.
- Certificate IV in Disability/Community Services OR at least 10 years’ experience in disability support.
